01 The Audience Can’t Agree on Digger

Digger isn’t generating a simple love-it-or-hate-it response. ERA identified 10 audience clusters across 800 comments, ranging from enthusiastic moviegoers and fans of its absurdity to viewers experiencing boredom and confusion.

02Digger Lives in the Debate

The largest cluster, Conflicted Early Viewers, contains 110 comments, while Enthusiastic Moviegoers, Tom Cruise fans, absurdist appreciators and confused viewers form substantial audiences of their own. No single interpretation dominates.

Yet these groups aren’t isolated. ERA detected 15 audience bridges, including strong connections between viewers debating whether the film is a masterpiece and those simply conflicted by it.
